TEN years apart. 🤍

Aging well isn’t luck, it’s consistency.

Looking back at these photos, I realized I was on the fast track to premature aging. Years of chasing every trending product, spending way too much time in the sun without SPF, and not really investing in my skin the way I should have.

The ever so controversial tear trough filler. 👀

For years, this was a treatment I avoided. But with some advanced education, research, and a deeper understanding of anatomy, I’ve learned that tear trough filler can be a beautiful option…when it’s done thoughtfully.

The right product, the right technique, and most importantly, the right patient selection make all the difference. This area is one where less is almost always more. Subtle improvements and a conservative approach will always win over chasing perfection.

One of the most common things I hear:
“I think I just need more lip filler.”

But sometimes…it’s actually not the lips at all.

In many cases, subtle lower face balancing can better support the lips and create a more harmonious, natural result, without overfilling.

It’s so easy to get caught up in trends and what we constantly see online, but not every treatment is right for every face. That’s why having an injector who looks at the whole picture is so important.

Natural > overdone. Always. 🤍

Not because I’m mean.

Not because I don’t want you to be happy.

Because my job as an aesthetic nurse injector isn’t to sell you every treatment, trend, or product under the sun. My job is to protect your face, your skin, and your long term results. 🤍

Sometimes that means:
• Saying no to the filler your friend loved because your anatomy is completely different
• Saying no to the product you found a coupon for because it’s not the best fit for your skin or tissue quality
• Saying no to the TikTok trend that looks cute for 3 weeks but ages poorly long term
• Saying no to “just a little more” when I know more won’t actually look better

And trust me… a lot of this wisdom came from years of advanced education, experience, and yes, learning lessons the hard way over time.

I will always care more about your results five years from now than giving you a quick yes in the moment. 🤍

So if your consult includes a “no,” it’s never because I don’t want you to feel beautiful. It’s usually because I care enough to be honest.

One of my favorite things to hear as an injector is, “I trust you and whatever you recommend.” 🤩✨

This beautiful client came in for a consultation knowing she wanted a subtle refresh, but wasn’t exactly sure where to start. With just 1.5 syringes of RHA filler, we were able to create a softer, more feminine facial shape through gentle elongation and balance, along with a subtle enhancement to the lips.

The goal is never to change your face. It’s to refine your features in a way that still looks effortlessly you✨
