I can't tell you how many times I've fallen apart in a treatment room, only to feel embarrassed afterward, wish I'd held something back, or find myself apologizing.
There's this weird thing we've been taught to do, where we feel like we have to hold ourselves together, say the right things, and somehow make our experiences more acceptable to other people.
But you don't have to perform for us. ❤️
We understand that you're a human being going through your own unique experience of life. There are so many layers to who you are, what you've been through, and what affects you. And all of that is connected to your health and well-being.
There is no perfect. There is no finish line. And we know that.
You're here because you're asking for support, and we genuinely want to give it to you in a way that feels right for you. 🌿
So I hope this lands for whoever needs to hear it today.
Please don't apologize for what you're going through, for how you're feeling, or for being exactly where you are in your life right now.
You're human. And there's room for all of you here. ❤️
