There are parts of ourselves we understand easily and then there are the fears, patterns, connections and curiosities that seem to reach beyond the story we currently know.

Past-life regression creates space to explore those deeper threads through guided relaxation and visualization.

Channeling begins with learning how to listen, recognize what is coming through and trust the connection you are developing.

For many people, learning about channeling gives language and structure to something they may have already experienced for years: messages, guidance, creative ideas or a quiet inner knowing they could never fully explain.

Channeling I focuses on connecting with messages for yourself. Channeling II expands into learning how to offer messages to others.

Sometimes the questions we carry do not fit neatly into a category.

We may be looking for clarity about our work, our relationships or the next chapter of our lives. We may also feel a connection to someone we have lost or wonder whether the support we sense around us is real.

For Anne Margaret, an intuitive reading may begin with oracle cards, but it rarely ends there. She listens closely to what comes forward and allows the session to unfold from that place. Recently, she has felt ancestors coming through especially clearly, offering names, guidance and reminders that the people sitting with her are not moving through life alone.

If you feel drawn to an intuitive reading, you do not need to arrive with the perfect question. You can begin with curiosity and allow the experience to meet you there.

Reiki Center practitioner Scott Mathis is bringing a Modern Mystery School weekend to the Center alongside Erin Bannink, and everything begins Friday evening with Beyond Ordinary: Awaken to Who You Came Here to Be.

This two-hour experiential workshop is for Light Leaders, healers and seekers who are ready to explore their purpose, deepen their self-understanding and learn more about the Modern Mystery School path. The evening will also include a hands-on Sacred Geometry experience.

The weekend continues Saturday with healing sessions offered by Erin and Life Activations with Scott. Your $50 workshop fee can be applied toward one of these Saturday offerings.

A pendulum can do far more than answer yes-or-no questions.

Many practitioners use pendulums to access guidance, but learning to work with one also requires clarity and discernment. How do you know where the information is coming from? How do you recognize a trusted source?

In this two-hour class, Linda Haley will explore practical ways to use a pendulum, including how to:

• Identify an open or blocked chakra
• Measure how far an energy field extends
• Locate lost items
• Discern whether guidance is coming from a trusted source
• Select the ideal pendulum for your needs

This class is open to all experience levels.

Curious about Reiki? We would love to show you what it is all about.

Reiki is a traditional Japanese wellness practice developed by Mikao Usui in 1921. It works with the energy that flows through all living things, supporting greater balance in body, mind and spirit.

People come to Reiki for all kinds of reasons. Maybe life feels especially full. Maybe you have been craving better sleep, deeper relaxation or a greater sense of balance. Maybe you are curious about energy and ready to experience it for yourself.

During your session, you get dedicated time to rest, receive support and reconnect with yourself. And if you happen to fall asleep? You would not be the first. Sometimes our bodies know exactly how much we need that rest.

You do not need to know anything about Reiki before you arrive.

Come curious. Come tired. Come exactly as you are.
