Some families have end-of-summer traditions. Ours involves 100 lbs of tomatoes, a garage, homemade w**e and everyone yelling over each other. 🇮🇹🍅

Tomato day: when we can enough tomatoes to make Sunday sauce all year long.

Because somehow, sauce made in January just tastes better when the tomatoes came from a day like this.

This week: Grilled Peach + Burrata Salad 🍑 The perfect I’m not ready for summer to end dinner.

🍑 Grilled peaches
🌿 Arugula + good olive oil + flaky salt
🤍 Burrata
🥓 Prosciutto
Sweet, salty, creamy + looks much fancier than the effort required.

Serve with crusty bread, pour something cold and eat it outside while we still can. 🤍
