A huge "thanks" to everyone who has taken the time to share your thoughts about OCHBS 2026 through our surveys and email.

We’ve loved hearing what you enjoyed, the connections you made, the moments that stood out and, just as importantly, your ideas for how we can make OCHBS even better.

We’re already working behind the scenes on OCHBS 2027, and your feedback is helping us shape what comes next.

We wanted to share just a few of the kind words we’ve received since Columbus. Hearing what OCHBS means to this community reminds us exactly why we do what we do.

Thank you for showing up, sharing your voice and continuing to grow with us. We’re excited for what’s ahead! 🌱

Our hearts are heavy as we remember our friend, RJ Mitte 💔

We had the absolute pleasure of having RJ join us for the OCHBS Afterparty two years in a row, most recently just a few weeks ago in Columbus.

Both times, he brought so much warmth and joy to the room. His smile was contagious, and he had a way of making everyone around him feel welcome.
He was agenuinely kind, humble and down-to-earth man.

While many knew him for his role on Breaking Bad, RJ was so much more than an actor. He was a passionate advocate for people with disabilities and dedicated much of his life to giving back.

Through his work with United Cerebral Palsy, Shriners Children's and The Mitte Foundation, he helped raise awareness, promote inclusion and create opportunities for others.

We are incredibly grateful for the time we got to spend with RJ and the memories he helped create at OCHBS. His presence made our events that much more special.

Our thoughts are with his family, friends and everyone whose life he touched.

Thank you for the memories, RJ. Your kindness, generosity and beautiful spirit will not be forgotten.

A big thank you to Dustin Hoxworth and for putting together a a great recap of OCHBS 2026.

We loved having Dustin back with us this year as he stepped into a new role as a first-time OCHBS panel moderator.

His recap takes a look at the connections and energy that filled the two days in Columbus. Thanks for joining us and sharing your experience!

To everyone who showed up, supported us, shared your experience on social media, brought a friend, started a conversation or made a new connection: Thank You.

OCHBS is about so much more than two days in Columbus. It’s about bringing this community together to share ideas, learn from one another, build relationships and keep moving Ohio’s 🌱 industry forward.

To our attendees, speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, partners and everyone who helped spread the word: you are what makes OCHBS what it is.

We’re incredibly grateful for the enthusiasm and support you brought this year. The show may be over, but the connections and conversations don’t have to be!

Thank you for being part of OCHBS 2026. We can’t wait to see you again next year.

OCHBS 2026 is THIS WEDNESDAY! 👀

We’re just days away from bringing Ohio’s 🌱 community together in Columbus, and there are plenty of can’t-miss conversations waiting for you there.

If you’re interested in what happens behind the scenes before a product reaches the dispensary shelf, this is one panel you’ll want on your schedule. Our experts are eager to share their knowledge and expertise.

Check it out and we’ll see you Wednesday! 👇

In Ohio's current market, manufacturing decisions are showing up more quickly — and more visibly — at retail.

As product selection expands, potency limits shift under SB 56, and buyers become more selective, consistency, shelf life, and ex*****on directly impact what stays on the shelf and what does not.

This session connects what is happening in processing to real retail outcomes, breaking down why some products struggle despite demand and how manufacturers are adjusting to tighter standards and faster feedback loops.
