We are sad to announce the passing of our pet budgie Miss Cleo. She died on Sunday. Clubhouse members remember her for her aloof attitude and beautiful singing voice, particularly her duets with her next-door neighbor cockatiel Huey.

Thank you to A***n from DAPPERZ Barbershop for giving our colleagues such fine haircuts and trims. We're looking sharp at Pathway Clubhouse today!

Did you know several Metro Parks are home to supposedly haunted landmarks? Some of our staff members have reported seeing apparitions, glowing lights or hearing strange noises.... Have any ghost stories from the parks? We want to know!

Are you ready for another week of delicious lunches at the Pathway Clubhouse? You better be!! We also have a busy week lined up ahead of us, and great food is a surefire way to be ready for all the fun coming up.

This week we will finally have two long-awaited visitors at Pathway. On Tuesday, we will have free haircuts from 10am-2pm, performed by a professional barber! Please make sure you’re in the building if you want a trim.

On Wednesday, we will have Patti Hassen returning to lead a group on mental wellness at 10:30am. Her groups are always fun and engaging, so please attend! We will also be attending the monthly Clubhouse Ohio Coalition meeting at 2pm. If you would like to attend virtually but cannot come to Pathway, please reach out and we can get you a link!

On Friday, Pathway Clubhouse will be hosting a Halloween party starting at 3pm! There will be food, games, prizes, and a costume contest. We will also have music provided by DJ Michael Porter. All are welcome to attend, but if you wanna boogie with the boogeyman, please come in costume!

Are you excited for another week of delicious Pathway lunches? We sure are! Make sure to put your name down for a plate before 11:30am, and don’t forget lunches are free for the month of October.

We have a busy week to go along with our good meals. Today we will have our monthly Open Mic Night from 4-6pm. Come for music, food, poetry, and fun!

On Tuesday we will have the second session in our three part Talking Together series, focused on healthy communication. This month’s session will be focused on gossip. It will take place in the dining room from 11am-1pm.

Finally, on Saturday we will be taking our members to attend the Circleville Pumpkin Festival. Our sign-up sheet is already full, so we’re expecting a full van to see all the pumpkin-y wonders! Be at Pathway by 9:30am. Tickets are free but you will need your own spending money for food and activities.

Don’t forget our Halloween party is next Friday from 3-5pm! Come in costume for the chance to win eternal life. It’s a very slim chance, but you never know!
