A small gap in funding can mean a missed opportunity.
An activity not attended.
A connection not made.
An experience that could have made a difference.

Through NH Gives, we’re raising funds to help bridge those gaps so individuals and families connected to Community Bridges have greater access to the moments that matter.

Join us on June 9th in making a difference.

Sometimes, the supports that make the biggest difference aren’t covered by traditional funding.
Through NH Gives, we’re working to launch our Family Grants initiative—designed to provide direct support for things like:
• Community and recreational opportunities
• Building independence and connection
• Experiences that improve quality of life
Family Grants are not yet available, but your support will help us begin building this fund.

We’ll be sharing more in the coming days about what this means and how you can be part of it.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped make this year's event possible.

Special thanks to our raffle donors:
• Heritage Hotel
• Appleseed Restaurant
• SEE Science Center
• Children's Museum of New Hampshire
• NH State Parks
• CandleTree Soy Candles
• Julia Haas
• Ashley Langevin
• Knicole Byfield

Thank you to Bektash Shriners for allowing us to use their tables, and an extra-special thank you to the volunteers who loaded and unloaded all the (very heavy) tables so people could participate.

Events like these are made possible by people who believe in building a stronger, more inclusive community. Your support helps Community Bridges continue creating opportunities for the individuals and families we serve.
