Today marks the beginning of Pride Month - a time to celebrate the LGBTQ+ community, honor its history, & recognize the strength it takes to live authentically.

At The Concord Center, we believe everyone deserves to feel seen, respected, & supported. This month (and every month) we stand with LGBTQ+ individuals, families, & communities in creating spaces where people can thrive as their full selves.

Happy Pride Month. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) is more commo (and more treatable) than many people realize.

People with BPD may experience intense emotions, challenges in relationships, or a strong fear of rejection and abandonment. These experiences can feel overwhelming, but effective support is available.

At The Concord Center, we use evidence-based approaches, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help individuals build coping skills, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change.

This BPD Awareness Month, let’s replace misconceptions with understanding and remind people that recovery is possible.

We’re excited to be part of Massachusetts Youth Pride 2026 🌈

Stop by and say hi at Boston City Hall Plaza on May 16. We’ll be sharing resources, meeting amazing young people and families, and celebrating a community built on connection, support, and pride.

At The Concord Center, we believe every LGBTQ+ young person deserves compassionate, affirming mental health support and spaces where they feel understood and safe. We’re proud to stand alongside organizations helping make that possible.

We can’t wait to celebrate with you 💜

A few moments from the IOCDF Walk 💙

We loved spending the day with a community that understands how hard OCD and anxiety can be & how important support, education, and connection are for individuals and families.

Events like this remind us that no one has to navigate these challenges alone. Thank you to everyone who stopped by, shared their stories, and helped make the day feel so welcoming and hopeful.

We’re grateful to be part of a community working to increase understanding, reduce stigma, and help people access effective, evidence-based care.
