Located in the heart of old downtown Conroe, Texas our beautiful office and birthing center make all families feel welcome and comfortable as you bring your sweet little one into the world. Journey started as a home birth practice in 2017, and has grown into two independent birth centers (one in Conroe, TX and one in Humble, TX), allowing us to serve a broader range of birthing families. Midwives

work together to support birthing women to feel empowered throughout their pregnancy and birth experience through individualized care, supporting women’s autonomy to make informed decisions specific to her own body, baby, and birth.

A sweet update from our team 🌿🤍

Our amazing Administrative Director Haley has stepped into a new season of staying home with her sweet babies - our Journey mascot Salome and another baby girl on the way! 🍼💘 We are so incredibly thankful for the time, heart, and dedication Haley has so willingly given to our mamas and team over the years. We are so thrilled to see her shine as she steps through this door God has opened for her, although we will miss seeing her sweet face everyday! We love you, Haley!

As one door closes, another door opens. We’re excited to announce Kamryn has stepped into the role as Administrative Director! 🤍 You may remember her face at the front desk helping you sign in or in the birth room helping you welcome your baby into the world. 🌸 She loves Journey and has experienced and witnessed the gift it is to serve our mamas! EXCITING NEWS! 🍼 Journey Birth Center Conroe now offers birth class!

Join us for a 2-day evidence-based birth class designed to empower you in your birth decisions, build confidence for you and your partner, and find community with other expectant parents. 🩷

This is an all-intensive birth class filled with games, hands-on activities, lots of practice and movement, and videos to help the content stick! You will cover:
- Natural birth and what to expect
- Comfort measures
- Decision making and your birth team
- The 3 stages of labor
- Going past your estimated due date
- Preparing physically and mentally for natural birth
- Pushing
- Postpartum decisions
- Infant care and breastfeeding basics

👩‍🍼INSTRUCTOR: Cara, a seasoned childbirth educator and doula
⏰WHEN: 2 Saturdays (May 16, 19 or September 12, 19) from 9am to 3pm with a break for lunch (lunch not included, so bring a lunch pack!)
