As many of you know, Hello Baby Imaging is a small, family-owned business, and each appointment time is reserved specifically for your family.
While our cancellation and rescheduling policies have always been part of the booking process, I will be implementing a deposit requirement at the time of booking due to an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows. Your deposit will be applied directly toward your scan and is not an additional fee.
I completely understand that life happens. Emergencies come up, work schedules change, kids get sick, and sometimes appointments need to be canceled or rescheduled. In those situations, I will always do my best to work with families and accommodate them whenever possible. đź©·
At the same time, appointment times are reserved specifically for your family, and last-minute cancellations or no-shows often leave appointment slots that cannot be filled. These policies help ensure that Hello Baby Imaging can continue running smoothly while still providing the personalized experience each family deserves.
