Since 1883 Hazard's Pharmacy has been an established historic landmark serving Cornwall residents and neighboring communities in an efficient, professional and personal way. We are able to provide or order durable medical equipment and provide personal guidance on over-the-counter purchases. We accept most insurances and have been told we have the best competitive prices for non-covered patients.

In addition to our pharmacy care, we also have a unique gift store and greeting card selection. There have been several respectable pharmacists who have owned and ran this establishment. Currently the pharmacy is owned by John V. Pelella, pharmacist, who purchased the building in 1987.
