For years my work has lived at the intersection of growth, leadership, and technology.
I’ve helped organizations tell better stories build stronger, relationships, and navigate change. At the same time, I’ve been deepening my work in well-being, mindfulness, and the practices to help people reconnect with themselves.
I’ve realized that these were never a separate path. They were always part of the same evolution.
Phoenix Arbor is the expression of that integration: a place for leadership, well-being, purpose, and sustainable energy come together to support people navigating full demanding lives.
Much of this work is focused on women and technology and leadership yet that need as much broader. People are seeking more clarity, presence, energy and alignment supported by practical tools they can apply to how they live work lead and grow.
This chapter feels both exciting and humbling. It’s not about stepping away from who I’ve been. It’s about bringing more of who I am into the work.
