📣Adams County Health Center is seeking a professional and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality dental care to our community.
Working under the direct supervision of the Dental Director or dentist on duty, you will provide essential support in the delivery of patient care, handling everything from instrument sterilization and X-rays to patient education and chairside assistance. The ideal candidate holds a High School Diploma or GED and possesses excellent interpersonal skills, a pleasant telephone manner, and the ability to stay organized in a busy clinical environment. While graduation from an accredited Dental Assisting school or two years of clinical experience is preferred, it is not required—we are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates a strong commitment to preventive dental care.

Our Next FREE T1D Screening Day is Wednesday, June 3rd, and you don't have to have symptoms or a family history of T1D to be screened! This screening can be done on children and adults with just a poke to the finger. It is available to anyone who would like to be screened for T1D, regardless of if you are a patient of ACHC. If you have not taken advantage of one of our FREE T1D screening days in the past, we encourage you to do so now by calling 208-253-4242 to schedule an appointment with ACHC's exceptional T1D team!
