I hear this all the time from golfers in their 50s and 60s.

Rounds feel longer, swings feel heavier, and the body starts working harder for the same results.

Most golfers blame age, but more often than not it’s the body losing the ability to move efficiently.

If the body can’t move well, the swing has no choice but to compensate. 🏌️‍♂️

I see this in many players I work with.

I also see players struggle to even hold their finish so they don't even know if they shake or not.
