ADHD support is about more than medication, productivity, or getting organized.
While psychiatrists, neuropsychologists, and executive function coaches can each play an important role, psychotherapy offers something different: a space to explore the emotional side of living with ADHD.
That might mean working through years of self-criticism, understanding emotional overwhelm, improving relationships, or learning to see yourself with greater compassion.
As someone who has ADHD and specializes in working with teens and adults with ADHD, I believe support should address the whole person.
