A verse for today, and it's one I keep close in this season:
“For he satisfies the thirsty and fills the hungry with good things.” — Psalm 107:9
Isn't that a tender picture of God?
Not one who rations, or who meets our hunger with a lecture — but one who satisfies, and fills, with good things. Our deepest hungers — the ones food never quite touches, for purpose, for peace, for a body that feels like home again — He sees every one, and He is a generous provider, not a stingy one.
So bring Him your hunger today, friend. All of it.
He fills the empty places with good things, and He is not running low. 🤍
What's one “good thing” He's filled you with lately?
