๐ Pizza where the cheesy crust is on top and the filling is underneath and I genuinely cannot explain why this isn't just how pizza is always made.
Seasoned ground turkey with onion, garlic, oregano, and tomato paste pressed into a pie dish, topped with low-fat mozzarella, then covered in a whole wheat batter made with eggs, milk, and parmesan and baked at 400 until the top is golden and puffed like a pot pie. 33g of protein at 298 calories per slice and it comes together in 25 minutes. Tastes like deep dish pizza but without any of the guilt that comes with it.
Let it cool 10 minutes before you cut it or you will regret it. I'm speaking from experience.
