This patient is now 6 wks out from her endoscopic facelift. (Line is to help identity). She still has some swelling and pinkness to her skin which we did a fairly aggressive resurfacing at the same time. No makeup and no filters. She does have some minor expected puckering that is expected to settle. I would consider this a hard case.
What you can’t see is her significant hooded eyes which are nicely corrected. Her scars will continue to fade, but are already very thin and flat.

Total procedures: endoscopic brow and midface, deep structural neck lift removing submandibular glands, upper and lower blepharoplasty, fat grafting, renuvion resurfacing

Patient consented to this use of photos.
