Three years ago, we opened Cullman’s first Direct Primary Care practice.

We thought we were just opening a medical practice.

Turns out, we were building a community.

Thank you to every patient who trusted us, referred a friend, told a neighbor, brought us a baby picture, sent us a Christmas card, or simply let us be part of your life.
