✨Meet the Team✨

Hi! I’m Haven Murphy, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Imagine ABA. I began my journey with Imagine ABA in August 2023 as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA in September 2025.

I earned my short-term certificate in Early Childhood Education and Associate’s degree from Wallace State Community College, followed by a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Social Work from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. I later completed my Master’s degree in Exceptional Student Education with an ABA specialization through the University of West Florida.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with children across home, clinic, and school settings. My favorite part of this field is building meaningful relationships with children and their families while getting to celebrate every milestone along the way. I enjoy creating sessions that provide structure, consistency, and routine while still allowing each child’s unique personality to shine through in a fun, supportive, and engaging environment. Watching children grow in confidence, communication, independence, and daily skills is what makes this work so rewarding to me, and I’m passionate about helping every child reach their full potential.

We love our fabulous RBTs! They show dedication and compassion for their clients every day!

✨Meet the Team✨

Amelia (Millie) Fontenot joined Imagine ABA in July 2025 with over 8 years of experience in the field of ABA. Her passion for and experience with the special needs community motivated her to join the field in 2018 as an RBT. During that time, she worked to obtain her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from McNeese State University (2020) and her Master of Arts degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with a certificate in Autism (2022). Becoming a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in 2022, she has served across multiple settings (clinic, home, community, and school-based behavioral services) and has worked with a range of developmental disorders, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Global Development Delay, Oppositional Defiance Disorder, and Rhett's Syndrome, ages ranging 2 years to 13 years. She has also served as an Accreditation Reviewer for the Behavioral Health Center of Excellence (BHCOE) and Autism Commission on Quality (ACQ) accreditation programs for over two years. Her current areas of interest and expertise include functional communication training, aggressive and self-injurious behaviors, organizational behavior management, and early intensive behavioral interventions. Millie's favorite part about her job is watching her clients reach each milestone and seeing the positive change it brings to their families' lives!

A Louisiana native, she currently resides in Cullman with her husband and pets. Outside of work, you may find her traveling, playing board games with friends and family, exercising at the gym, or curling up with a book and cup of coffee.
