🍪🎃 A Spooktacular Cookie-Making Day at Spring Oak! 🎃🍪

Today, we had cookies with Carlie, and oh, what fun we had! 👻 Our wonderful Executive Director hosted a cookie-making session filled with creativity, laughter, and sweet moments. Together, we shaped spooky Halloween cookies and enjoyed a delicious treat with friends. 🧡

There’s nothing sweeter than making memories, sharing smiles, and enjoying a little Halloween fun together! 🍪🕸️

We took a little break from our sweet week to visit the Aging Together Expo! 🍂🤝 Aging Together

We had a wonderful and educational day learning about the resources available to support the community we serve every day. We also had the opportunity to make new connections, build relationships, and discover ways to continue supporting our community and the amazing people who call it home. ❤️

Of course, we couldn’t miss stopping by to show some love and support for our very own Spring Oak Culpeper booth! 💚

🍂🎃 Round Hill Farm Adventure! 🐐🐑

This week, we took a trip to Round Hill Farm, and boy, did this adventure NOT disappoint! From visiting the animals to exploring the pumpkin patch, we had a wonderful time making memories, sharing laughs, and enjoying all the beauty of the fall season. 🍁🧡

A special thank-you to the owners of Round Hill Farm for going above and beyond to accommodate our needs and help make this such a beautiful and memorable day for everyone. Your kindness and hospitality mean so much to us! ❤️

🍪🎃 The days are getting sweeter, and the treats are getting spookier at Spring Oak! 👻

Yesterday, we got a little competitive with a spooky cookie-decorating contest with our friends from Adoration Home Health ! We shared plenty of laughs, cheered each other on, and encouraged everyone to bring out their creativity and be their very best. 🧡

🏆 Congratulations to our winning cookie decorator! 🍪🎉 Everyone brought their own special touch, and the sweetest part was making memories together!

National Baking Week continues, and today we spent a sweet day with our wonderful friends from SYNERGY HomeCare Together, we got a little spooky as we made some creepy, delicious mud pies and shared plenty of laughs along the way. 🕸️🍫

🎃🍪 National Baking Week at Spring Oak! 🍪🎃

National Baking Week is upon us, and we’re getting into the Halloween spirit! 👻 Today, our residents rolled up their sleeves and whipped up some delicious Rice Krispie treats with a spooky twist! Using Halloween-themed cookie cutters, we shaped our sweet creations into festive seasonal treats. 🦇🎃

Things got a little sticky, a little messy, and a whole lot of fun! 😂❤️ There’s nothing sweeter than making memories, sharing laughs, and enjoying some delicious treats together.

🎀💗 Happy Breast Cancer Awareness Month! 💗🎀

Today, our residents and staff came together for a special Pink Out Day at Spring Oak! We proudly wore pink to raise awareness, encourage meaningful conversations, and recognize the impact breast cancer has on individuals, families, and our community. 💕🎗️

But that wasn’t all! Our Pink Out Day also doubled as a Pink Panther Birthday Celebration as we honored our October birthday residents! 🐾🎂🎉

From pink outfits to birthday smiles, the day was filled with love, laughter, celebration, and cheer all around! A special thank you to Legacy Hospice for adding a sweet touch to our pink theme with delicious strawberry cheesecake! 🍓🍰💗 Your thoughtfulness helped make our celebration even more special.

☕️ Happy International Coffee Day! ☕️

Our coffee shop was open today as we celebrated International Coffee Day with our friends from Hospice of the Piedmont❤️

We enjoyed delicious coffee provided by Raven's Nest Coffee House , along with an assortment of creamers and even a little iced coffee! 🧊☕️ And if you’re not a coffee lover, no problem—we had tea and a sweet treat waiting for you, too! 🍪🫖

We spent the day learning about the history of coffee, exploring different ways coffee has been enjoyed throughout the years, and hearing some fun stories about its beginnings. Most importantly, we enjoyed plenty of laughs, stories, and good times with friends, family, and staff.

It was a wonderful way to celebrate one of our favorite beverages! ☕️💛
