There’s something pretty satisfying about seeing a building looking good in the middle of a busy day.

It takes a lot to keep it that way when the building is full and the day is moving along. That’s when all the care our teams put into their sites really shows.

A well-run building has a lot of little things going right throughout the day.

It feels good to know you had a hand in that. ❤️

Hay algo bastante satisfactorio en ver un edificio que sigue luciendo bien en medio de un día ajetreado.

Hace falta mucho trabajo para mantenerlo así cuando el edificio está lleno y el día no para. Ahí es cuando realmente se nota todo el cuidado que nuestros equipos ponen en sus instalaciones.

En un edificio bien llevado hay muchos pequeños detalles que salen bien a lo largo del día.

Se siente bien saber que fuiste parte de eso. ❤️

If you showed someone a cleaning robot 50 years ago, they probably would have thought you were kidding. 🤖

Now technology is finding all kinds of ways to make the work easier and give our teams more to work with. The cool part is that it doesn’t replace what our people know. It gives them new tools to use that knowledge.

And things are still changing. Some of the equipment we’ll be using 20 years from now probably hasn’t even been invented yet.

That’s pretty cool to think about.

Si hace 50 años le hubieras mostrado a alguien un robot de limpieza, probablemente habría pensado que estabas bromeando. 🤖

Hoy, la tecnología encuentra todo tipo de formas de facilitar el trabajo y darles más recursos a nuestros equipos. Lo mejor es que no reemplaza lo que nuestra gente sabe. Les da nuevas herramientas para aprovechar ese conocimiento.

Y las cosas siguen cambiando. Es probable que parte de la maquinaria que usaremos dentro de 20 años ni siquiera se haya inventado.

Da gusto pensarlo.

School starts back soon, though our teams never really get out of back-to-school mode. 🎒

There’s always more to learn at Servicon. Some of it happens in training, and a whole lot more gets picked up working alongside people who have been doing this for years.

That kind of experience gets shared every day. It helps new employees find their footing and gives longtime employees a chance to pass along what they’ve learned.

We may be a little old for recess, but now there are coffee breaks. ☕😄

Pronto comienzan las clases, aunque nuestros equipos nunca dejan del todo el modo de regreso a clases. 🎒

En Servicon siempre hay algo más que aprender. Parte se aprende durante las capacitaciones, y mucho más trabajando junto a personas que llevan años haciendo este trabajo.

Ese tipo de experiencia se comparte todos los días. Ayuda a quienes recién comienzan a familiarizarse con el trabajo y les da a quienes llevan más tiempo la oportunidad de compartir lo que han aprendido.

Quizás ya estemos un poco grandes para el recreo, pero ahora tenemos pausas para el café. ☕😄

Around here, safety comes first no matter where you work. Drink plenty of water during your shift and grab some shade when you get the chance. A cool damp towel on the back of your neck works wonders on the hottest days. Stay safe out there! 💙
