To achieve that goal, Nurse At Your Door offers 24/7 monitoring of your vital signs and in-home visits from highly skilled nurses.
24/7 In-Home Health Monitoring
Nurse At Your Door utilizes state-of-the-art vital sign monitors (e.g., blood pressure cuffs, glucose monitors, weight scales) that automatically transmit your vital signs to their care center. The care center continuously monitors your readings and, if a problem is detected, will call you, your caregiver, or a family member. In-Home Skilled Nursing Visits
Nurse At Your Door has a team of experienced RNs and LVNs available to come to your home in response to alerts generated by the remote monitoring system. We can also help you manage your chronic care needs, reduce your number of doctor visits, and help keep you from being readmitted to the hospital.
