This is a great opportunity to learn CPR for free through the Alpharetta Fire Department! ❤️

I always say CPR is something everyone should know—and hopefully never have to use. You never know when having this skill could make a difference.

If you can’t make one of these classes but would still like to learn CPR or need certification, feel free to call or text me. I’d be happy to help!

FREE....Yes we said FREE, CPR, AED and [what to do when someone's] Choking class is back. Once again the Rotary Club of North Fulton is partnering with Alpharetta Fire and the other North Fulton fire departments to help save lives by teaching as many people in our community the basics on how to perform CPR and use an AED on someone experiencing cardiac arrest, or how to help someone who is choking.

The Rotary Club of North Fulton is hosting 3 upcoming sessions at Wellstar North Fulton Hospital on the following Saturdays:
September 26
October 24
November 14

All classes run from 9AM until approximately 1030AM. That's right in that sweet spot when the coffee is kicking in, but still early enough that you still have plenty of day left to enjoy.

A powerful reminder that knowing CPR can save a life. ❤️

In Cobb County, GA, partygoers found a 2-year-old girl unresponsive in an apartment complex pool Saturday night. They immediately began CPR, helping restore her consciousness before emergency crews arrived.

The toddler was evaluated by medical teams and transported to a children’s hospital as a precaution.

Emergencies can happen in seconds. Be prepared to respond when it matters most.

Today’s CPR/First Aid class was one that truly came full circle. ❤️

In June 2025, I taught a CPR/First Aid class to a gentleman in Dawsonville. Just 2–3 weeks later, tragedy struck when his wife went into cardiac arrest while grilling at a friend’s house over 4th of July weekend.
He immediately stepped in, performed CPR, and helped bring her back. He later called me to thank me for the skills he learned, sharing that EMS told him she may not have survived if he hadn’t taken action.

Fast forward to today… I had the incredible opportunity to teach his wife CPR/First Aid. And the best part? She’s doing amazing and thriving! 🙏❤️

Moments like this remind me exactly why I love what I do. I’m so grateful to have played even a small part in their incredible story.

You never know when you’ll be called upon to save a life. Get Rescue Ready. Know CPR. ❤️‍🩹

Jessica from Dental Town was one of my awesome students in last week’s CPR class!

She may spend her days taking care of patients’ smiles, but last week she was learning the skills to help save lives!

CPR training means serious skills, hands-on practice, and lots of learning… and apparently, a little baby snuggling along the way! 😂

Always a pleasure coming out to Reinhardt University!
Yesterday was a great day with two packed classes—one in the morning and one in the afternoon—with a wonderful mix of students and faculty.
I’m always grateful for the opportunity to equip the Reinhardt community with the knowledge and skills to be Rescue Ready when it matters most! ❤️
