We want to share an important update with our families. Due to the unsustainable reimbursement rates announced by CareSource, our clinic may have our contract terminated within the next 90 days.
We have been working hard behind the scenes to advocate for our patients and protect access to care, but we cannot do this alone.
We are especially concerned for the children we serve who may be impacted by this specific situation. If your family has been touched by therapy services, regardless of which insurance you use, we kindly ask you to consider sharing your story to help us advocate for continued access to care for all children.
At this time, we will remain in-network with PeachState and Amerigroup, and we will continue to keep you updated every step of the way.
If you’re wondering how you can help right now, here are a few simple steps that make a big impact:

My child relies on Medicaid-funded therapy services, and I am very concerned about recent reimbursement cuts by CareSource and Peach State.
If clinics are forced to reduce services or close, children like mine could lose access to medically necessary care. It already took us [time] to find a provider, and losing services could mean regression and long delays.
This will impact families across Georgia—not just mine.
What is being done to ensure children continue to have access to timely, medically necessary therapy services?

If you have the time to add in a statement like this, it may help make a stronger impact:
“My child receives [therapy] [ #] times per week.” OR
“Therapy has helped my child [specific progress].”
