James Chapel “Chapie” Mastin, Jr., 83, husband of the late Rachel Drake Mastin, passed away Monday, May 25, 2026 at Cedar Ridge Health Campus in Cynthiana. Services will be 11:00 A.M. Friday, May 29th at Indian Creek Christian Church with burial to follow in Battle Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:00-8:00 P.M. Thursday at the church. Memorial contributions are suggested to Indian Creek Christian Church or the Harrison County Fair Board.
