A lot of little girls are really good at seeming “fine.”
They’ll push through the school day, keep up at practice, hold it together in public, and then the stress shows up later as meltdowns, clinginess, trouble settling down, stomach complaints, tension, or “I don’t know, I just don’t feel good.”
We look at kids through a nervous-system lens.
Not just…
👉🏻 “Where does it hurt?”
But….
“How is her body adapting?”
“Does she seem stuck in go-mode?”
“Is she recovering well after busy days?”
“Is her body handling growth, movement, stress, and rest the way we’d hope?”
Pediatric adjustments are gentle and specific, but the bigger goal is simple:
Help her body feel safe enough to calm, connect, and adapt.
Because sometimes the kid who looks “fine” is the one whose body is quietly asking for support.
With Gratitude,
