- 1 large green pepper, diced
-3 cloves garlic, minced
-½–¾ tsp sea salt, plus a sprinkle for the meat

- ¾ tsp smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp chipotle chili powder (use ½ tsp for more heat)

-Fresh cilantro, chopped, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
1. Brown the meat.
Heat a large, deep skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high heat and add the coconut oil. Add your ground meat, season lightly with salt, and cook until browned. Add the diced onion and green pepper, stirring for about 2 minutes until they begin to soften. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.

Reduce the heat and stir in the crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, pumpkin puree, ½ teaspoon salt, and all the spices. Mix well, then increase the heat until the chili begins to boil.
