Recently, we had the opportunity to welcome Tom Piccolotti, City Manager for the City of Daly City and Fred Naranjo, Vice Chairman of AHMC Seton Medical Center’s community board for a tour and conversation with our team. What made the visit especially meaningful was hearing directly from our staff and physicians about what keeps them coming to work every day: The patients, the community and their teams.

We’re at National Night Out today until 8 pm! Come visit our table at the event and say hello to our team.

Dr. Colm Murphy, Interventional Cardiologist, provided a talk this week to a group of physicians on a new, minimally invasive, catheter-based procedure that is now available at AHMC Seton Medical Center.

This procedure, known as Renal Denervation (RDN), offers a treatment option for patients whose high blood pressure remains difficult to control despite lifestyle changes and medication.

RDN works by reducing overactive nerve signals to the kidneys that contribute to elevated blood pressure and has been shown to provide sustained blood pressure reduction in carefully selected patients.

Don’t forget to set your clocks forward one hour on Sunday, March 8, 2026, at 2:00 AM.

While we may lose an hour of sleep, we gain longer daylight in the evenings. It’s a reminder to enjoy the extra sunshine and warmer evenings outside.

Happy Monday! A new week means new opportunities to lead, serve, and make a difference for our patients.
