Welcome our Resident Spotlights, Alyja Kalinich and Neil Mazurek! Neil and Alyja have lived at Sea Bluffs for 5 years after spending some time traveling together. Alyja was born in Lithuania and Neil was born in Wisconsin, later on the two met in California and got married. The pair moved around quite a bit for their careers, Neil working as a stock broker and Alyja working for Disney designing for theatrical tour progressions. Their favorite aspect of living at Sea Bluffs are the people they get to meet and befriend, and the fun outings provided. Neil and Alyja are true representations of Sea Bluffs and we are so lucky to have them here!
