🎃🍂 🌀HAPPY HALLOWEEN from Living Kula!!

Our Halloween hike was filled with fresh air, laughter, beautiful fall colors, and the simple joy of just being together.

A little reminder that life is meant to be playful, and sometimes the best way to reconnect is to get outside, move our bodies, and enjoy the simple things with good company.

May your day be filled with a little magic, time outdoors, lots of laughter, and plenty of treats! ✨

So grateful for this community and all the adventures we share. 🧡

Today my heart is filled with so much gratitude. 🤍

Last night was our first annual Living Kula Under the Stars Festival at Little Dipper Farm, and I’m still processing just how special it all was 💫This community has changed my life in ways I don’t think I’ll ever fully be able to put into words. The love, kindness, openness, laughter, creativity, & genuine care these humans share with one another is something so incredibly beautiful…. It softens my entire being!

This is Kula—— coming together. moving, creating, singing, laughing, crying, exploring, resting, connecting, and simply being alongside one another.

I’m so grateful to share this path with all of you.

May all beings be happy. May all beings be peaceful. May all beings be free. 🤍

So much more to come. More photos, more videos, and definitely more words once I’ve had a little time to process the magic of last night. 🌠☄️💫🌀🐑

It was an incredibly soulful evening last night at Little Dipper Farm 🌀 Christopher Peña, MBA, CPC led us through an intentional slow flow, focused on low back and alignment, which was absolutely incredible, and then we ended the class in some restorative postures while Rachel Leigh Goldberg played the singing bowls 💚 it was absolutely heavenly!

After class, we were in awe at the shifting sky and views, the sheep, deer, cows, pond, and community. Such a joy 🥹

We don’t have class this upcoming Thursday but join us for the following dates this August:
