■ Called Divine Government or the Council of Light, it will be based on truth, love, and the sovereignty of the awakened souls.
■ The systems of oppression will end. A new form of life has been born

• Heal old patterns: anything rooted in fear, control, or dependence must go.
• Connect to your mission: it is here for a Sacred Purpose.

*The alchemy of turning everything into love is our biggest challenge in this world.
As Empaths, Starseeds, Healers, Energy Workers, Lightworkers and Human Beings, we are faced daily with the challenge of this work.
No matter how dark the situation is, I always ask myself first: "What do I need to learn from this?"
In any given moment.
Sometimes the lesson is not for me to learn, but to observe and to acknowledge it, then to release it.
Many of us are being challenged in one way or another. Apart from all the darkness coming out to be healed in the world at this time.
We are being faced with our own darkness also.
Relationships are being tested, with our partners, children, parents, siblings and friendships. Everything that has been swept under the carpet, is all coming up for processing and transformation at this point in time.
It's not an easy task, nor is shadow work for the faint hearted. However, we must persevere, because this is precisely what we came here to do.
**I'm Jo.
I walk beside women while they find their way home to themselves.
I believe we are spiritual beings having an earthly experience… with an earthly nervous system.
When the nervous system doesn't feel safe, life becomes smaller.
When safety returns, so does our capacity to heal, expand, trust ourselves and live more fully.
For the past sixteen years, I've worked where nervous system healing, emotional embodiment and spiritual awareness meet.
I work with women who have spent years holding everything together for everyone else.
Women who are deeply capable, self-aware and endlessly giving.
Women who have done the healing, the reading, the courses and the personal development… yet still find themselves carrying more than they were ever meant to carry.
Because insight alone doesn't always create lasting change.
The body remembers what the mind has forgotten.
I don't believe women need fixing.
I believe many simply need the safety to remember who they were before survival became their way of life.
Because the nervous system is the portal.
And when safety returns, capacity expands.
Relationships change.
Self-trust deepens.
Life begins to feel different.
