CUPPING. 👀
Looks wild.
Feels surprisingly good.
And a lot of patients notice they move better afterward.
Cupping works by creating negative pressure that helps lift and decompress tissue instead of pushing down into it. That can help:
• Increase blood flow
• Reduce muscle tension
• Improve mobility
• Decrease soreness and stiffness
• Help recovery after workouts
• Promote relaxation and circulation
Those circles? Just temporary marks from increased blood flow to the area, not bruises from battle with an octopus.
At Stone Chiropractic, our FNMT (Functional Neuromuscular Therapy) therapists use cupping alongside soft tissue work to help target stubborn tightness and recovery. Especially great for people dealing with chronic tension, workouts, desk posture, or just feeling like a human pretzel lately.
Sorry for the crazy hair I was in play mode with my kids who LOVE wrestling 🤣
