🦖 Welcome to THORACIC PARK! 🦕

We had the BEST time last night! From the dinosaurs to the costumes to all the smiling faces, what a fun night with our community!

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to visit us at Thoracic Park. We loved seeing all the kiddos (and grown-ups!) dressed up and having a blast.

We love getting to be part of a community that comes together for nights like these. Thanks for making it such a great one! 🧡

P.S. Yes, Thoracic Park is a chiropractic joke. We couldn’t help ourselves. 😂

Some of our favorite moments weren't just about packing meals. They were the little moments in between: kids adding their own creativity, strangers working side by side, and lots of laughter along the way. We're grateful for every person who helped make this day special.

Look at what our community accomplished together!
So many hands came together to pack meals, fill boxes and make a difference for children around the world. We’re still smiling thinking about this day. Thank you to everyone who was part of it!

More time outside usually means less structure.

Later nights
More movement
Less predictable routines

That’s not a bad thing, but it is a change in how the body is being supported day to day.

For some, that shift feels energizing. For others, it takes time to adjust.

Same season, different responses
based on what the system can handle.
