Meet Madison, our newest aesthetic nurse specialist joining the REN team August 1!

Madison brings over five years of nursing experience in cardiothoracic and transplant care, intensive care, and most recently, peri-anesthesia. Her background has built a strong foundation in patient safety, critical thinking, education, and compassionate care - qualities that are at the heart of everything we do at REN.

From the very first conversation, we knew Madison was the right fit. She’s kind, genuine, eager to learn, and deeply committed to making every patient feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their journey.

Over the coming weeks, she’ll be training alongside our experienced providers before opening her own schedule. We can’t wait for you to follow along as she grows with the REN team - and soon, welcome you into her chair!

One of our favorite things about aesthetic medicine is helping women realize that it’s not too late. So many women in their 40s and 50s assume they’ve missed their window or that it will take something dramatic to achieve natural results. This beautiful patient is 50 and came to us wanting to look like herself again, just refreshed. She was nervous she had waited too long, but facial aging is so much more than wrinkles on the surface.

As we age, we lose bone support, fat pads shift downward, collagen production slows, and the muscles of the face and neck begin to pull differently. That’s why we don’t chase lines or simply fill wrinkles. We assess the entire face and treat the underlying anatomy to restore balance, support, and harmony.

For her treatment plan, we performed full upper and lower face Dysport, including a Nefertiti neck lift to soften downward pull through the jawline and neck and create a more lifted appearance. We also used filler to restore support through the cheeks, soften the nasolabial folds by treating their underlying cause, support the piriform area where bone loss commonly occurs with age, improve facial balance by addressing chin shadows, and add subtle lip hydration without changing the shape of her lips.

The result isn’t a face that looks “done.” It’s a face that looks refreshed, lifted, and naturally supported. She still looks exactly like herself, just a more rested and youthful version.

This is why we spend so much time on full face assessments. Aging doesn’t happen in isolation, and treatments shouldn’t either. Understanding facial anatomy allows us to treat the cause of what you’re seeing rather than simply chasing individual wrinkles or folds.

Natural. Refreshed. Never overdone. That’s always the goal.

Lip filler is not one size fits all, depending on your anatomy, lip size/shape, product used and amount of product placed, we usually see lip filler last 6-18 months on average.
