Our FOX Rehabilitation team is offering free exercise classes to tenants in both Nabotunet and Vennehjem, giving our retirement community residents the opportunity to stay active, build strength, improve balance, and maintain their independence.
These classes are about more than exercise—they’re about confidence, connection, and living healthier for longer. We love seeing our tenants come together, encourage one another, and take an active role in their well-being.

We were honored to host the LeadingAge Iowa Regional Provider Networking Meeting at The Highlands today!
It was a great afternoon of collaboration as long-term care professionals from across the region shared ideas, discussed challenges, explored solutions, and identified key issues to take back to the Capitol on behalf of the industry.
We were also excited to welcome our colleagues on a tour of our new campus, highlighting the features of our new home and sharing the story of one of our proudest accomplishments—successfully moving 80 residents to their new home in a single 8-hour day with dignity, compassion, and teamwork.
Thank you to everyone who joined us. Together, we're strengthening the future of aging services and learning from one another every step of the way.
