The Beacon of Hope is coming up in November! Of course, Lara’s Angel Bear will be making its beary fun return during the Live Auction!

This year, we have a $100 gift card for Build-a-Bear from Children's Lantern! Last year, we raised $800 for a photo op and gift card with her bear. Let’s raise even more this year! 🥰

Q. What is Zeffy (the ticketing platform we are using for tickets to the Beacon this year)?

A. Think of it like Venmo or PayPal. It's a secure site that lets us keep track of all of our tickets and donations online. It's super user-friendly, and you can choose to pay a small fee to help keep it free for non-profits like us (but you don't have to--just select "custom" for the tip and then put in zero).

🎟 This year, tickets to the Beacon of Hope on Thus. Nov. 5 are once again $20! You have the option to buy a VIP ticket for $75 with added bonuses or even a Table of 8 for $150!

As we bring another incredible week of camp to a close, we save our most sacred tradition for the very end: our bubble release.
Grief is a heavy journey, especially for young hearts. Today, our campers took some time to write personal, loving messages to their loved ones who have passed away. Afterward, we gathered together in a circle, shared a quiet prayer of comfort, and released our bubbles to heaven.
Watching the bubbles float in the sky is a beautiful, gentle reminder that love never ends, and that the connection we share with those we miss is always with us.

To our camp families: Thank you for trusting us with your children this week.

🌻 Growing Through Grief🌻

Today at Rays of Hope, our campers participated in a deeply meaningful activity.

Together, we crafted vibrant sunflowers—but these aren't just ordinary flowers. On each and every petal, our campers wrote down a special, cherished memory of their loved ones who are no longer with us. 💛
