October is National Physical Therapy Month! 💪 Fall prevention is one of the most important ways PT supports safety and independence, so we're sharing a few simple tips to help prevent falls at home.

✅ Clear the clutter — keep walkways free of cords, rugs, and anything that could cause a trip.
✅ Light the way — make sure hallways and stairs are well-lit, especially at night.
✅ Wear safe shoes — supportive, non-slip footwear makes a big difference.

Small changes can make a big impact on safety and independence at home. 🏡

Congratulations to Susie Peters, our Home Health Employee of the Month! Despite being new to home health, she's embraced the field with enthusiasm, quickly mastering its unique demands. Patients genuinely enjoy working with her, and she's earned the respect of fellow clinicians and the communities she serves.

Congratulations to Jenna, our Hospice Employee of the Month! She brings incredible heart and compassion to everything she does and is always willing to jump in and support her team wherever needed. Jenna is an integral part of the Optimal team, and we are incredibly grateful to have her!
