A walk. A deep breath. A good night's sleep. Time in nature. Genuine laughter. Kindness. Gratitude.

Today marks 14 years since I began my journey as a community acupuncturist, and 2 months since opening Access Community Acupuncture.

Community acupuncture is not just a business model for me - it’s a philosophy and a way of life.

Over the last 14 years, I’ve seen what happens when people have consistent access to care. When treatment is affordable and accessible, people come in more often, take an active role in their healing and begin to feel empowered in their healthcare journey.

I believe healthcare shouldn’t be a luxury.
I believe healing shouldn’t depend on how much money you have.
I believe patients should have the power to choose what works for them.

This is why Access Community Acupuncture was created.

To everyone who has trusted me in their care over the years and to everyone who has supported Access Community Acupuncture during these first two months: thank you.

I’m excited for what lies ahead and grateful to continue helping our community heal, one treatment at a time.
