🌿 A Little Life Update 🦋

The past few weeks have been full of learning, receiving, practicing, and allowing things to unfold in their own time. ✨

I recently attended a Vedic Thai Yoga & Bodywork course with Mukti Buck, and rather than rushing to add something new to my offerings, I’m giving myself permission to fully settle into the practice first. To feel it in my own body. To practice with loved ones. To explore, play, listen, and let the work become something I embody before I offer it to others. 🤲🏼🌿

There’s something really beautiful about remembering that learning doesn’t always mean immediately doing more. Sometimes it means pausing long enough to integrate.💫

And what better place to do a little integrating than the beautiful Adirondacks? 🌲⛰️✨

This season is also bringing some exciting shifts for Earthbound Wellness. My schedule will be changing as I begin my Ayurvedic Practitioner Program; another chapter of study, curiosity, and deepening into the wisdom that has been guiding so much of my work.

So, if you notice a few changes to my availability over the coming months, know that there is plenty happening behind the scenes. 💛

I’m learning.
I’m growing.
I’m practicing.
I’m occasionally getting gloriously overwhelmed by how much there is to learn.

And I’m trying to remember to enjoy the journey instead of always rushing toward the next destination 🌿
