As Mental Health Awareness month draws to a close, we would like to invite everyone to continue focusing on what prioritizing mental health and well-being looks like in your life. We can all participate in ending the stigma surrounding mental illness, starting with the way we approach our own mental health. Seeking support is a sign of strength 💜

🍁Food insecurity affects 1 in 10 people, and 1 in 7 children in North Dakota. We would like to do a small part in offering support to a family in our community this Thanksgiving season by offering a $100 gift card to Family Fare.
