Children do not always have the words to explain what they are feeling—but they do communicate through behavior, emotions, routines, and connection.
When children feel emotionally safe, they are more likely to open up, regulate emotions, build confidence, and develop healthy coping skills over time.
Sometimes the most meaningful support looks like:
✔ Listening calmly
✔ Validating feelings
✔ Creating consistency
✔ Making space for expression
You do not have to parent perfectly to make a lasting impact. 💛
