“Don’t wait till you get sick."

Pat LaPlante has a choir to direct and two Christmas performances to prepare for, so her annual flu shot deserves a spot on her busy calendar. At Edgewood Hermantown, Legacy Medical nurse practitioner Anna Rosenberg is nearby to answer Pat’s questions about vaccinations and preventive care. With on-site flu shots available, getting vaccinated doesn’t mean arranging a ride across town.

Meet Pat, 96, a choir director at Edgewood Hermantown who finds purpose, friendship, and convenient support for her health in the community she calls home.

Our pumpkin contest winners - Saydee with her Fire Breathing Dragon pumpkin & Darlene with her Spooky pumpkin! Good job ladies! All the pumpkins were very creative AND good job Arlene, guessing the closest number of candy corn in the jar! We enjoyed watching the movie Hocus Pocus today and had a visit from Little Red Riding Hood and The Wolf. 🎃❤️

We loved sharing our fluffy furry friends for National Bring Your Teddy Bear to Work Day on Wednesday. Our teddy bears/animals had many stories to tell from worldly traveling, sewn together from scratch with memories of loved ones to cherished gifts. On Thursday, we DIY flower arranged with Allison Urlacher from Daphs Flower Farm! Created many beautiful bouquets!
