🚑Maged and Zoe from our EMS team had a great time holding a teddy bear clinic at the Maine Whoopie Pie Festival!

Our EMTs host teddy bear clinics throughout the summer to help children become more comfortable with healthcare through hands-on play and learning. Next up? The Piscataquis River Festival on July 25 and the Dexter Red Hot Dog Festival on August 8. 🧸

THANK YOU to everyone who came out for Wednesday's Produce Pop-Up Market in Dover-Foxcroft! Apples, parsnips, carrots, rutabaga, cabbage, potatoes, radishes, and onions and 40 snack bags for kids were distributed to 132 people! 🥕🥔🧅

Stop by the hospital today at 11:30 am to pick up some fresh produce, while supplies last, and catch up with the Mayo Hospital team. We'll have snack bags for kids, too. We'd love to see you!

Leadership in EMS means showing up when it matters most—unwavering commitment, visionary guidance, and consistent dedication to leading with integrity and purpose. During EMS Week we were proud to present Delani Bennett, EMT, with our 2026 Northern Light Mayo Hospital EMS Leadership Award.

Since starting at Mayo Hospital, Delani has shown great leadership skills, taking on every challenge that has been in front of her. She has been very flexible and works to improve her own capabilities, the organization, and everyone around her. �
