I'm beyond excited to welcome Jessica (formerly at Flōte) to the Inner Truth team! We are SO fortunate to have her join us. We've been friends and trusted colleagues for many years and her presence here is such a welcomed addition!

Jessica graduated from the Muscular Therapy Institute in Cambridge, MA in 2002. She holds additional certifications in Orthopedic Massage, Myofascial Massage, Oncology Massage and Child & Adolescent Massage.

Jessica utilizes mainly myofascial, deep tissue and Swedish techniques. She blends these modalities along with her extensive experience to treat varied individuals and conditions including, but not limited to; all stages of Life - infants to seniors, pre and post operative patients, musculoskeletal injuries, acute & chronic pain and cancer patients.

As a massage therapist, her main goal is to support each client in achieving meaningful and attainable improvements in both their physical and mental well-being. She believes true wellness isn't about quick fixes, but rather creating sustainable progress through consistent care, body awareness and personalized treatment. Whether you're seeking relief from chronic tension, recovering from injury or surgery, or simply looking to reduce stress and reconnect with your body, she works collaboratively with you to set realistic goals and help you move toward them at a pace that feels supportive and achievable.

Her approach is grounded in listening, education and tailored treatments which help you to feel better not just during your massage sessions, but in everyday life.

Jessica is available by appointment at Inner Truth Massage on Wednesdays and every other Thursday.

May has been an especially tough month for a lot of people! Folks are mentally, emotionally and physically maxed out. Balancing everyday responsibilities with general uncertainty about the state of the world, combined with social engagements, spring cleaning, yard work and gardening, parental duties on overdrive as the school year wraps up..... Increased exercise and somehow getting it all done while trying to find a little space for self care and relaxation. We are here to help if you are in need. (HSA and FSA cards accepted)
