As everyone gets ready for a new school year, we know family schedules are changing too!

If your child’s therapy appointment time needs to change because of their school schedule, please let us know as soon as possible.

🗓️ We will do our best to accommodate your family’s scheduling needs; however, after-school appointment times are limited and cannot be guaranteed.

The sooner you reach out, the better chance we have of finding an option that works for your family. 💙

Three years ago, Megan Delzer joined our Beyond family as a Patient Services Advocate, and we couldn't be more grateful for everything she brings to our team! 💛

✨ Meet the Staff Monday ✨

Meet Madysin, one of our wonderful Patient Services Advocates and Therapist Aides! 💛

Madysin earned her B.S. in Exercise Science with a minor in Sport Management from the University of Delaware. She first heard about Beyond through her cousin, Jade (who also works here!), and knew it would be the perfect place to combine her passion for helping others with a welcoming, family-focused environment.

Her favorite part about working at Beyond? Seeing all of our amazing kiddos every day and being part of such an incredible team! 🥰

A few fun facts about Madysin:
🧁 She loves baking and cooking.
⚾ She's on a mission to visit all 30 Major League Baseball stadiums with her dad, and they've already checked off 21!

On her days off, you'll find her sleeping in, spending time with her boyfriend, and baking something delicious.

We're so happy to have Madysin as part of the Beyond family. Be sure to say hello the next time you stop by the front desk! 👋💛

Help us welcome Nicole, M.A., CAADC, LPCMH to the Beyond team! 💛

Nicole earned her Bachelor of Arts from Penn State University and her Master of Arts from Kutztown University. She is passionate about supporting children and families by helping them develop healthy coping skills and emotional resilience from an early age.
One of Nicole's favorite parts of her work is empowering children with the tools they need today to build confidence and prevent maladaptive behaviors later in life.

A few fun facts about Nicole:
💪 She enjoys spending time at the gym.
🐾 She has a Great Dane named Odin!

Nicole looks forward to partnering with families as they build the tools and confidence to communicate effectively, strengthen relationships, and navigate life's challenges together.

Help us welcome Johana (Jo), M.A., CF-SLP to the Beyond team! 💙

Jo earned both her Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science and Master of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Delaware. She is passionate about providing family-centered care and helping every child feel supported as they build communication skills.

Her areas of interest include:
🗣️ Augmentative & Alternative Communication (AAC)
🧩 Gestalt Language Processing (GLP)
🍽️ Feeding & Dysphagia
🧠 Cognition

One of Jo's favorite parts of being an SLP is getting to know children and families from diverse backgrounds. She strives to create a safe, welcoming environment where families feel heard, valued, and empowered every step of the way.

A few fun facts about Jo:
🎵 She was featured in a music video with a local band!
🗨️ She is bilingual and speaks Spanish, and she's passionate about helping Spanish-speaking families access the services and support they need.
