You know you’re supposed to eat healthier but food is so expensive and there’s barely time to eat meals, let alone cook them.

You know you’re supposed to work out, but you feel like you only have 20 minutes to yourself every day, and the last thing you want to spend it doing is exercising.

You spend the day running from kid's activity to kid's activity, meeting to meeting, reacting to what life throws at you instead of planning. And why plan anyway when something comes up every single day that throws off your whole routine, right?

If this is where you are, I feel you. I know a standard nutrition program or workout program isn't what you need right now. You need to RESET. Quiet the nervous system. Give yourself some space to BREATHE.

So I created The Reset & Rise Method: a 3 month life coaching program designed to help you get to a place where you can finally prioritize your own health and wellness again instead of taking care of everyone else while neglecting yourself.

Month 1: RESET
Quiet the mental noise, regulate the nervous system, and create more space for intentional decisions.

Month 2: REWIRE
Stop chasing newness and develop routines that give you control, security and stability.

Month 3: RISE
Recognize the beliefs, mindset blocks, and self-sabotaging patterns that hold you back, and practice responding in new ways.

3 1-hour sessions a month with actionable strategies designed to get you ready to become the YOU that you deserve to be: the You that eats well, moves more, and shows up for herself consistently.

Love a workout app with solid positive reinforcement 😂💪🏼This was my first actual workout back after two weeks of full rest healing from shingles. The last two weeks I’ve just done light dumbbell work to slowly ease back. Even though this was light, it felt good!

My family can't get enough of these muffins! Cheaper than store bought, with way less saturated fat (less than 2g per muffin), 2g fiber, and 6g protein! This was tweaked from my original recipe which used 100% all purpose flour, vanilla extract, and 1.5c chocolate chips instead of blueberries. Those had 5g saturated fat (thanks to the chocolate chips) and no fiber, so these are a great choice if you're watching your cholesterol!! Give them a try, and play around with some substitutions, too!

Time for some Monday Meal-Planning Motivation! Sick of wasting money and time at the store guessing what to buy? Hate that everything is so expensive and things go bad before you can use them up?

Then try my "You Pick Two" method! By choosing 2 of each "main" macro item, you can buy in bulk, actually use up what you buy, save money, save time, and never have to ask "What's for dinner" ever ever ever ever again.
