Role Details

Position: Part-Time Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 / hour

Location: In-person | Darby, PA 19023

Key Responsibilities

Provide In-Home and Community Support (IHCS) & Community Participation Support (CPS)

Communicate effectively and fluently using American Sign Language (ASL)

Assist with daily living skills, including cooking, cleaning, and personal organization

Support community integration, social outings, and confidence-building

Follow the Individual Support Plan (ISP) and ensure client safety and well-being
