Our new Paperless Billing Process is now
live!

PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL FOR YOUR STATEMENT ACCESS TODAY. Emails are being sent for patients with balances.

1.  You’ll receive an email when your statement is ready with a link to view your bill and set your preferences. The notification will note that the payment portal you are being directed to is powered by InstaMed.

2.  Create or Log Into your InstaMed account.  WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE EMAIL.

3. Enroll in Paperless Statements.  WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE EMAIL. Once signed in, you must enroll in paperless statements. View your current and past statements anytime from your phone, tablet, or computer.

4. Review, Set Preferences and Confirm. Review your account summary, pay balances, and set payment preferences in the portal.

So you don’t miss any billing, please take a moment to confirm or update your email address by providing it at your next visit or call our office at 614-932-5050.

We are happy to announce that we will be continuing our Afternoon Walk-In hours through August 31, 2026 and will likely continue year-round. Again, this is IN ADDITION to our current Morning Walk-In hours, which remain unchanged.

Afternoon Walk-Ins will be available:
Monday-Friday (No Saturdays)
3pm-4pm

Just like our Morning Walk-Ins, Afternoon Walk-Ins will be following these guidelines:

**ACUTE illness is only (illnesses arising suddenly). No chronic illnesses/issues.

**Established patients only, 2 months of age and older.

**First  come, first served. No call ahead or appointment is necessary!

**Arrivals after 4 PM will be offered appointments that day only if available.

As always, WE WILL CONTINUE OUR MORNING WALK-IN HOURS MONDAY-SATURDAY 8am-9am YEAR-ROUND, as well as having numerous same-day appointments available for those who prefer to call and schedule an appointment.

Dear Emerald Families,

We have recently noticed that some calls from our on-call doctor are being blocked or sent directly to voicemail because of new spam filtering settings on iPhones. This can happen if the “Silence Unknown Callers“ feature is turned on or if your phone automatically flags unfamiliar numbers as spam. 

If you are expecting a call from the doctor on call, please make sure your phone is able to receive calls from numbers that may not be saved in your contacts.

What you can do:

Add our office phone number (614-932-5050) to your contacts so it is recognized by your phone. 

Answer calls from numbers you may not recognize if you are waiting for a call from our office or the doctor on call.

These steps will help ensure that our doctors can reach you promptly when returning after-hours calls or responding to urgent/emergent medical concerns.

Due to the impending inclement weather expected for this weekend, we’d like to let you know that we may have an office closure or delayed opening on Monday, 1/26/26.

We will definitely close if there is a Level 3 Snow Emergency in Franklin County. We will likely also close if there is a Level 2 Snow Emergency in Franklin County.

In any case, you should expect to receive an email (if your email is registered with us) by 7 AM on Monday ONLY if the office is closed or has a delayed opening. You can also check back here for up-to-date information.
