At Stonehill Communities, we’re proud to offer Speech-Language Pathology services in our outpatient clinic to help individuals maintain and improve communication, swallowing, cognition, and overall quality of life.

Recently, our Speech-Language Pathologist had the opportunity to speak with Connections Collective about the services we provide and how speech therapy can support individuals throughout their journey.

Brent recently visited IHCA member Stonehill Communities, a large integrated care continuum community in Dubuque led by IHCA Board of Trustees member Peg Stockel and her team. Stonehill maintains a customer satisfaction rate of more than 99% and continues to find new ways to serve its community. In 2028, Stonehill will also become home to Iowa’s newest PACE program, further expanding the range of services to Iowans.

Last month, we had the opportunity to celebrate and recognize our incredible Environmental Services (EVS) and Maintenance teams during their appreciation month!

These behind-the-scenes heroes play such an important role in keeping our communities clean, safe, comfortable, and running smoothly every day. From maintaining our buildings and equipment to creating a welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff, their hard work does not go unnoticed.

We are so grateful for the dedication, teamwork, and care they bring to their work each and every day. Thank you for everything you do!
